Basic Process Overview

  1. Employer Applies for Work Authorization on your behalf in Spain.

  2. Spanish Authorities Approve Permit and notify the Spanish consulate in your country.

  3. You Apply for the Work Visa at the Spanish consulate in your home country.

  4. Travel to Spain once the visa is approved.

  5. Apply for a Foreigner Identity Card (TIE) upon arrival.

 

Duration

  • Renewable if employment continues.
