Application Process
Job offer & work permit:
- Employer in Poland applies for your work permit with the local Voivodeship Office.
Receive work permit:
- Once approved, you receive a copy from the employer.
Apply for National Visa (Type D):
- Apply at the Polish embassy/consulate in your home country.
- Submit required documents and pay the visa fee.
Visa decision:
- Processing usually takes 2–6 weeks.
Enter Poland:
- Upon receiving the visa, you can travel to Poland.
